Yesterday was the finish to a looong and somewhat stressful, sad week. I was so happy to see the weekend just around the corner, I think it was the only thing that kept me going the last few days. Today, I have literally done ab.so.lute.ly nada. Played with the kids. Haven't left the house. S'nice once and awhile.
Anyhow, ya'll don't want to here about my boring wha wha pity party, do you. You want to see pictures!! Of the Halloween variety!! SO without further adieu...
Notice the calendar in the upper right hand corner.. She is wearing the same costume as last year, except she is wearing this one to school this year. Last year she wore the cheerleader outfit to school, and this one only Trick or Treating. I figured no one had seen her at school with this one anyhow, and they both WANTED to wear the same costume again. Honestly.
Eyeball cupcakes for Isabella's class party. Yum.
My little froggy and ballerina. We went to a Halloween party this morning, and although I wasn't in the mood to be there, we had an alright time. Jackson was the happiest of all 3 of us, he sat and played and ate in his froggy costume, and barely said boo all morning. Sydney was a bit under the weather and missing her best buds, but she managed to have a bit of fun.

Heading out Trick or Treating. Yes, Sydney is wearing the same costume. What more can I say. It was another mild Halloween night, and they didn't have to dress super heavy to go outside, which was nice.
This was pretty much the sum of the next 50 or so pictures I snapped last night, their ass end heading up a driveway, or this..
She would come barreling down a driveway yelling "Daaaadddddyyyyy, pick me uh-up".
Jackson sat quietly in the chariot for about 45 minutes, and then he started to whine pitifully. I left Chris and the girls and walked the 6 or so blocks home, pushing the damn chariot.. with him in my arms. Getting him home and undressed, I came to the realization that the poor thing was cold. All over body shivers kinda cold. Aww.

I was only home 15 minutes or so, when the rest of the gang made it through the front door. They really didn't get as much loot as last year (although still more than enough),they were tired and wanted to come home. I was happy to have the day over with, and to chill out on the couch and watch "The great pumpkin Charlie Brown" with them and eat some candy. This morning Sydney told me that next year, she is going to be something different. Maybe a dragonfly. Way to branch out there kid. Snort.
